If required we provide experienced contract administrators to work as in-house consultants in Client organisations.

Claims Management
Claims made or received will very often benefit from an independent claims review sometimes called a “health check” or “sanity check”. In this process we undertake investigations and checks to ensure that the prepared claim stands up to scrutiny and it often produces startling results that can be considered to be positive or negative to the client’s position. Dependent upon the client brief the investigation and report can be completed in a matter of hours or a few days. The ultimate saving to a client can be enormous.

Provision of Delay & Quantum Expert Witnesses. Independent experts with specialist knowledge and / or experience are used to assist clients in pursuit and / or defence of time and money claims. Senior members of our team have been appointed as expert witnesses; provided testimony and been subjected to cross examination.

Adjudication. We assist and represent referring and responding parties in all aspects of formal adjudication proceedings from the Notice though to the Referral and to the Decision.
