Martin is an accomplished Senior Quantum Consultant with over forty years’ experience on construction projects in Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America.

Martin has worked for contractors, consultants and employers on a wide variety of projects.  He has extensive knowledge of dispute management, quantum analysis, quantity surveying, estimating, commercial management, contract administration, risk management, claims preparation and analysis.

For the last 25 years Martin has focused on providing commercial and quantum advice and analysis to Clients facing the challenge of potential and actual disputes in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Martin’s project and dispute experience extends to heavy civils, mechanical & electrical, rail, oil and gas, offshore and subsea construction, power generation, process plants, commercial, mixed-use and residential premises, hotels and airports.
