    Kevin has over thirty years’ experience working on construction projects in Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe, North and South America in the fields of quantity surveying and project programming.

    Kevin is a multi-skilled individual with extensive knowledge of financial analyses, programming and planning techniques.

    He is well versed in the construction and usage of databases and spreadsheet analyses as well as with all of the current industry standard planning packages.  His career encompasses live project programming, quantity surveying and dispute resolution.

    Kevin has been involved in numerous construction arbitrations, adjudications, mediations, litigations and disputes.  His experience extends to:

    Buildings
    Has experience of working on educational, defence facilities; hi-rise developments; hotels; new-build commercial; public buildings; residential; retail and mixed used developments in Africa, Europe, the Far East and the Middle East.

    Energy
    Experienced working on energy projects comprising coal; ultra supercritical coal; nuclear; combined-cycle and simple cycle gas power plants; hydroelectric dams and wind farms in Africa, Europe, the Far East, the Middle East, South Asia, North and South America.

    Infrastructure
    Has worked on airports, overground and underground rail projects, road projects, deep water wells and water pipelines in Africa, Europe, the Far East and the Middle East.

    Marine
    Has experience of working on breakwaters, dredging projects, subsea gas pipelines, subsea modules and ship conversions in Australasia, Europe, the Far East, the Middle East and West Asia.
